  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix beaten eggs, butter, flour, sugar and milk.

    Blend in corn.

    Bake in open casserole dish at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Stir a couple of times while baking.

    This may be topped with bread crumbs.

    Butter the casserole before baking.
