Ingredients
- 1 (13 x 9-inch) pan cornbread
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bag turkey parts
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 eggs
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- bits of turkey
Directions

1Start water boiling in a medium saucepan.

2Add turkey parts, bits of turkey, celery, onion and bell pepper.

3Let boil for 45 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

4Remove turkey parts. Crumble cornbread in a large baking pan, then add vegetables and broth (if the mixture is too dry, add water until it's semi-sloshy), then add seasoning and 3 raw eggs.

5Mix well.

6Cook at 350° for 1 hour or until top is light brown and dressing is moist.

7Serves 8.
