- 4 c. fresh or frozen corn
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. crushed saltines (about 30 crackers), divided
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine the corn, eggs, milk, 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, margarine, sugar, onion, salt and pepper. Transfer to a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

2Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs.

3Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
