  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream (unwhipped)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained well
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
  • diced dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix 1/2 pint of whipping cream with eggs and a dash of salt.

    Add corn and green chilies.

    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Can be doubled; bake for 1 1/2 hours.
