  • 2 c. uncooked corn from the ear
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper or chopped olives (optional)
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Arrange in two layers in a greased baking dish the corn mixed with the eggs, salt and onion.

    Cover with cracker crumbs.

    Dot with butter.

    Pour over with milk.

    Bake in moderate oven at 325° for about 1/2 hour.
