Scalloped Deviled Ham

  • 6 slices slightly dry bread
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese (1 c.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Trim crusts from bread; spread slices with deviled ham. Arrange in greased 10 x 6 x 1-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese and onion.

    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
