Scalloped Green Beans

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans green beans
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 c. American cheese, grated
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Place beans in bottom of buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Mix soup, onion, bacon, cheese and Tabasco.

    Pour soup mixture over beans.

    Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes or until nicely browned and cheese is melted.

    Serves 6 to 8.
