  • 1 pt. oysters
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can condensed chicken gumbo soup
  • 2 c. fine cracker crumbs

Directions

    Drain and reserve liquid from oysters.

    Place in a layer in a large baking dish.

    Season and cover with crumbs and half of the soup mixture.

    Repeat in layers.

    Dot with margarine and bake at 350° until edges of oysters curl and top is brown.
