- 1 can condensed chicken gumbo soup
- 2 c. fine cracker crumbs
Directions

1Drain and reserve liquid from oysters.

2Place in a layer in a large baking dish.

3Season and cover with crumbs and half of the soup mixture.

4Repeat in layers.

5Dot with margarine and bake at 350° until edges of oysters curl and top is brown.
