- 3 c. medium coarse cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1/2 c. turkey broth (not turkey stock)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oyster liquor
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Drain oysters, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.

2Combine cracker crumbs, butter and salt.

3Spread 1/2 of cracker crumb mixture in a greased shallow baking dish.

4Cover with 1/2 of the oysters. Sprinkle with pepper.

5Use another third of crumbs.

6Spread a second layer.

7Cover with remaining oysters.

8Sprinkle with pepper.
