- 1/2 c. oyster liquor
- salt and pepper
- hot sauce (optional)
- 1 c. heavy cream
- buttered bread crumbs
- crushed crackers (Ritz or Town House)
Directions

1Cover bottom of buttered baking dish with crushed crackers, then a layer of oysters.

2Dot with butter and seasoning.

3Make another layer of crumbs and another of oysters.

4Dot with butter. Pour the liquids over top; sprinkle with butter and bread crumbs. Bake for 25 minutes at 400°.
