- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 can pineapple (crushed or tidbits), drained
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 c. cubed bread
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Stir in pineapple and lemon juice.

3Fold in bread.

4Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
