- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks and juice
Directions

1Blend sugar, butter and eggs.

2Soak bread cubes in mixture 5 minutes.

3Add pineapple and juice; mix.

4Pour into greased baking dish and bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.

5Serve warm.
