  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks and juice

    Blend sugar, butter and eggs.

    Soak bread cubes in mixture 5 minutes.

    Add pineapple and juice; mix.

    Pour into greased baking dish and bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
