  • 4 c. bread (sourdough or French), broken in pieces
  • 20 oz. pineapple (chunk or tidbit)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. melted butter

Directions

    Mix bread and pineapple together; put in casserole.

    Beat eggs. Add sugar, pineapple juice and butter.

    Beat and pour over pineapple and bread. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
