Scalloped Pineapple

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 qt. bread cubes (use fresh bread)

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar at high speed with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, and continue to cream. Put mixer on low speed and add crushed pineapple. Fold in by hand 1-quart bread cubes.

    Bake in foil-lined pan or dish for 1 hour at 375°.
