- 4 to 6 slices of bread cubed (semi frozen)
- 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Toss together bread and pineapple.

2Melt margarine; add sugar and eggs.

3Beat until well blended and pour over bread and pineapple.

4The longer this has to soak the better.

5Overnight is best.

6Bake 30 minutes at 350° until well browned.
