Scalloped Pineapple

  • 4 to 6 slices of bread cubed (semi frozen)
  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Toss together bread and pineapple.

    Melt margarine; add sugar and eggs.

    Beat until well blended and pour over bread and pineapple.

    The longer this has to soak the better.

    Overnight is best.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350° until well browned.
