Scalloped Pineapple

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
  • 6 slices bread
  • milk (enough to moisten bread)

Directions

    Blend together first 3 ingredients.

    Add pineapple.

    In separate bowl, cube bread.

    Add enough milk to moisten bread, then add to other mixture.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
