  • 2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. mashed corn flakes

Directions

    Mix together first 7 ingredients and place in baking dish. Top with corn flakes.
