Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

- 5 lb. potatoes
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- salt and pepper
- onion
- butter or oleo
Directions

1Cook potatoes (peeled or not) for mashing.

2Salt if desired. Mash potatoes and add cream cheese and sour cream (add no-fat variety if you like).

3Dot with butter.

4Put into casserole and cover with foil.

5Refrigerate until ready to use.

6Warm in slow oven.

7Will keep in refrigerator several days.

8If reheated in microwave, cover casserole with Saran Wrap and warm on Medium power.
