- 6 medium potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Peel potatoes, rinse and slice thin.

2Layer in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish as follows:

3one layer potatoes, margarine (pats scattered), flour, salt and pepper.

4Continue layering and add another layer of potatoes on top.

5Add milk (add only enough milk to almost cover all the layers).

6Bake at 350° for 90 minutes. Turn potatoes twice during baking.

7Add cheese to the top for the last 1/2 hour of baking.
