- 6 slices mild cheese, cut in small pieces
- 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Place alternate layers of potatoes, cheese and onion in a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

2Add salt and pepper.

3Pour milk over mixture.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and brown.
