- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots (optional)
- 1 c. diced ham (optional)
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix veggies, ham and cheese in baking pan.

2Make white sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.

3(Can shorten process by not cooking white sauce ingredients, simply mix well and pour over.)

4Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Uncover and bake 60 more minutes, until potatoes are tender.
