- 4 potatoes
- 5 carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or any cream soup (celery)
- 1 lb. chicken parts (thighs, breasts; frozen)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Peel and cut up potatoes. Cut into slices.

2Peel and cut carrots into 1-inch slices.

3Chop onion.

4Place in crock-pot.

5Put frozen chicken pieces on top of vegetables.

6Pour soup over top of chicken.

7Salt and pepper, if desired. Cook on high for 1 hour, then turn to low.
