  • 4 potatoes
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or any cream soup (celery)
  • 1 lb. chicken parts (thighs, breasts; frozen)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Peel and cut up potatoes. Cut into slices.

    Peel and cut carrots into 1-inch slices.

    Chop onion.

    Place in crock-pot.

    Put frozen chicken pieces on top of vegetables.

    Pour soup over top of chicken.

    Salt and pepper, if desired. Cook on high for 1 hour, then turn to low.
