- 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 (10 oz.) cans potato soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a greased casserole, place the sliced potatoes in bottom. In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

2Pour the mixture over top of the potatoes.

3Cover with lid.

4Bake at 375° for 1 hour.

5Uncover the potatoes and bake for 30 minutes more.
