- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut potatoes in thin slices.

2Put 1/2 potatoes in a layer on bottom of greased oblong pan.

3Sprinkle with a little flour, butter, salt and pepper.

4Make layers until all ingredients are used.

5Add warm milk until the potatoes are almost covered.

6Bake at 400° for 90 minutes.

7Remove cover for last 10 minutes.
-
8If creamier potatoes are desired, leave cover on.
