- 4 to 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel and slice potatoes and onion very thin.

2Layer in large baking dish.

3Dot with margarine.

4Mix milk and flour; pour over potatoes and onion.

5Take a spoon and move potatoes around so as to cover with milk.

6Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
