- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced (6 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Make white sauce of first 5 ingredients.

3Place half the potatoes in greased 2 quart casserole.

4Cover with half the onions and half the sauce.

5Repeat layers.

6Cover and bake about one hour.

7Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
