- 6 to 8 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix milk and soup over low heat in small saucepan.

3Spray 4-quart casserole dish or pan.

4Cut bacon crosswise in half.

5Slice onion across.

6Set both aside.

7Peel potatoes and slice thin.

8Layer potatoes, onion and bacon about 3 times.

9Cover with soup mixture.

10Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours without lid, stirring occasionally.
