- 1 butternut squash
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 stick oleo or butter
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 stick oleo or butter
- broken pecans (optional)
Directions

1Squash should be cooked and mashed.

2In mixing bowl, beat eggs, 3/4 stick of oleo and sugar, then add squash.

3Place squash mixture in baking dish.

4Mix brown sugar, flour and 1/4 stick oleo; sprinkle on top of squash.

5Top with broken pecans.

6Bake in 325° oven for 45 minutes.
