- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Slice squash and add enough water to cook, when tender, drain and mash.

2While hot, add grated cheese and margarine, mix well. Add evaporated milk, salt, pepper, sugar and eggs.

3Add cracker crumbs.

4Pour into baking dish and cook 350 for 45 minutes.
