  • 1 1/2 lb. squash
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Slice squash and add enough water to cook, when tender, drain and mash.

    While hot, add grated cheese and margarine, mix well. Add evaporated milk, salt, pepper, sugar and eggs.

    Add cracker crumbs.

    Pour into baking dish and cook 350 for 45 minutes.
