- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. celery, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium size bowl.

2Mix the flour, sugar and salt together and stir into the vegetables. Pour mixture into a casserole.

3Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
