- 1 can mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. mushroom juice
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- bread crumbs
- paprika
Directions

1Reserve 1/3 cup mushroom juice.

2Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine.

3Add juice, milk, flour and scallops to onion and mushrooms in baking dish.

4Top with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 375°.
