  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 2 Tbsp. diced onion
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/3 c. mushroom juice
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • bread crumbs
  • paprika

Directions

    Reserve 1/3 cup mushroom juice.

    Saute onions and mushrooms in margarine.
  3. 3
    Add juice, milk, flour and scallops to onion and mushrooms in baking dish.

    Top with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 375°.
