- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. chopped leeks (white part)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 doz. (2 lb.) scallops
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Melt 3 tablespoons butter or margarine.

2Add next five ingredients and mix.

3Add bread crumbs.

4Arrange 6 scallops in each of 8 sea shells or small individual casseroles.

5Top each with 1 tablespoon crumb mixture.

6Bake in preheated oven at 500° for five minutes.
