- 34 lb bay scallop
- 34 cup thick white sauce
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 -16 ounces cooked linguine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 14 tablespoons flour
- 1 14 cups hot milk
- 14 cup onion, minced
- 14 teaspoon clove
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions

1Heat butter in skillet.

2Add mushrooms, wine, shallots, cheese and parsley.

3Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes,.

4Stir in scallops and continue cooking 2 minutes.
