  • 34 lb bay scallop
  • 34 cup thick white sauce
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 12 -16 ounces cooked linguine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 14 tablespoons flour
  • 1 14 cups hot milk
  • 14 cup onion, minced
  • 14 teaspoon clove
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg

    Heat butter in skillet.

    Add mushrooms, wine, shallots, cheese and parsley.

    Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes,.

    Stir in scallops and continue cooking 2 minutes.

    Pour in white sauce; season and cook 1 minute.
