- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 18 cup salt
- 1 dash ground pepper
- 1 -2 teaspoon butter or 1 -2 teaspoon margarine
- 14 teaspoon minces garlic
Directions

1In a med bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper with a wire whisk or fork.

2In a 6 1/2 inch skillet melt butter over med heat; add garlic and cook until soft.

3Pour in egg mixture.

4Cook over med heat, without stirring, until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around edge.

5With a spatula or a large spoon, lift and fold the partially cooked egg mixture so that the uncooked portion flows underneath.

6Continue cooking over med heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg mixture is cooked through but is still glossy and moist.

7Remove from heat and serve.
