- 1 pkg. dry cream of mushroom soup mix
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3 c. dry egg noodles
Directions

1Mix beef, onion and salt.

2Shape into balls.

3Brown in oil in skillet.

4Remove.

5Pour off fat.

6Stir 1/2 cup water into pan drippings.

7Add 1 cup water to soup mix.

8Stir into pan, stirring and bring to a boil.

9Cover; heat 10 minutes.

10Make egg noodles as directed on package.

11When noodles are cooked, drain and top with meat balls.
