- 7 -8 pieces pork tenderloin

1If the tenderloin isn't thin, use a mallet and thin it your self.

2Take three containers such as pie tins, and put the flour in one, the eggs in one and the bread crumbs in one.

3Then take a piece of meat, flour it both sides, egg wash it both sides and then bread crumb it both sides.

4Then, after your stick of butter has melted in the skillet, add the meat and cook until golden brown on both sides If your making a lot, after the 7 or 8 pieces, the skillet needs to be wiped out and another stick of butter added.
