  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 packages bread crumbs
  • 1 packages mushrooms
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tbsp worstershire sauce
  • 1 dash heavy cream
  • 1 dash sherry wine
  • 1 pinch paprika

Directions

    Pound out pork chops

    Salt, pepper & paprika pork.

    Heat oil and butter.

    Bread crumb the pork.

    Brown pork few minutes each side till cooked.

    Saute mushrooms and onions, add worstershire sauce, heavy cream, sherry and Paprika.

    Serve with potatoes or egg noodles
