  • 1 pork tenderloin (12 to 14 oz.)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. white wine (optional)
  • 3 c. prepared brown gravy
  • 4 Tbsp. sour cream

    Trim tenderloin, removing any visible fat.

    Cut in 4 pieces. Pound each piece to 1/4-inch thickness.

    Dip into eggs, coat in flour and shake off excess.
