- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 5 c. plain flour
- 1/4 c. dry milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix the first five ingredients with mixer and let stand about 15 minutes (water, yeast, sugar, salt and vegetable oil). Gradually add the last 3 ingredients (flour, dry milk and egg) to the first mixture.

2Let rise until doubled its size.

3Turn out on a floured board and knead.

4Then roll out and cut out and put on a greased cookie sheet.

5Let rise double in size.

6Bake at 350° until done, browned, through.

7Recipe can be doubled for larger amounts. Also can be used for buns and bread.
