  • 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans Veg-All
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 to 8 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 c. water or more if needed
  • 1 tsp. sugar or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are tender (about an hour).
