- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 to 8 c. diced potatoes
- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 c. water or more if needed
- 1 tsp. sugar or to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions
