- 70 grams Butter
- 100 grams Milk
- 1 Egg yolk
- 300 grams Cake flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 35 grams Sugar
- 3 grams Salt
Directions

1Cut the butter into small pieces.

2Mix the milk and egg yolk together and set aside.

3Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a bowl.

4Add the butter.

5Mix by hand or with a blender until it's crumbly.

6Mix in the combined milk and egg in small batches.

7When it's no longer floury, lightly knead it together by hand.

8Dust on some flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 - 2 cm.

9Cut out the shapes with a cutter or cup.

10Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200C, then for 15 minutes at 180C.

11Done.
