- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/4 cup coconut/canola oil
- 3/4 cup soy/almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup blueberries/chocolate chips/pumpkin puree/one peeled and diced apple
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, and grease a cookie sheet.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, flax, salt, cinnamon, and allspice.

3Stir in oil, vanilla, and milk. Fold in the optional add-ins of choice. You will have to knead this by hand--it will be very dry until properly kneaded.

4Pat the dough into a round disk on the cookie sheet. Cut into 8 slices, like a pizza. Separate slices.

5Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden. Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
