  • 1 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 well-beaten egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. ice water

Directions

    Mix first three ingredients thoroughly.

    Mix egg, vinegar and water; pour all at once into flour mixture.

    Mix well.

    Roll out as usual.

    This is a very easy crust to handle.
