- 12 tablespoon basil
- 14 tablespoon thyme
- 14 tablespoon marjoram
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 8 eggs, soft boiled
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1mix sausage with herbs and spices.

2divide into 8 equal portions.

3soft boil the eggs, (about 6 minutes), cool and peel.

4pat meat portions into flat rounds, Place an egg into the center of each and fold the meat around the egg, covering completely.

5brush each with the beaten eggs and roll in the breadcrumbs.

6heat oil to about 350 degrees F.

7fry each egg until meat is medium to dark brown.
