  • 12 small eggs
  • 1 12 lbs sausage meat
  • breadcrumbs

Directions

    Boil egg hard; let cool and peel.

    Wrap sausage meats around egg, making sure no egg white shows.

    Dip in beaten egg whites, then in bread crumbs.

    Cook in oil for about 4 minutes (2 minutes per side).

    Put on paper towel to drain.

    Serve hot or cold.
