- 1 lb. butter
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Have butter at room temperature.

2Mix cornstarch, flour and sugar in a bowl.

3After completely mixing, knead in butter thoroughly.

4Spread mixture evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan; flatten evenly with hands and spatula.

5Prick entire surface with a fork (many times).

6Bake for 1 hour at 325°.

7Score into pieces with sharp knife after taken out of oven.

8Should be cool before eating.

9Sprinkle with 10x sugar when slightly cool.
