- 2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
Directions

1Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy.

3Roll dough on floured board to 1/4-inch or 1/2-inch thick. Cut in small squares or diamond shapes.

4Bake at 275° for about 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
