Ingredients

  • 6 c. Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips

Directions

    In a large saucepan, mix together peanut butter, corn syrup and sugar.

    Cook on medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and quickly add the Rice Krispies cereal.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13 casserole.

    Press firmly to even out.

    In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips, stirring constantly.

    Pour over the Rice Krispies mixture evenly.

    Cover and let stand until the chocolate and butterscotch hardens.
