  • 1 lb potato, Peeled And Chopped
  • 1 lb turnip, Peeled And Chopped
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 1 tablespoon chives, Snipped
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Place potatoes and turnips in cold water. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Drain and mash with the butter.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve spinkled with chives.
