- 2 1/2 c. (approximately) twice sifted flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Knead ingredients together, adding flour gradually until dough no longer sticks to bowl or fingers.

2Place ball of dough on ungreased cookie sheet with raised sides.

3Pat out dough evenly, fork with holes thoroughly and bake at 275° for 1 hour or until browning starts.

4Remove, cut and sugar immediately.
